All youth programs are friendly, recreational, and fitting for any skill level. In the spirit of our mission, "Building Inclusive Community Through Soccer," all participants and spectators must show respect for all teammates, opponents, and officials.

The Rec+ Soccer League is an all-gender, community-based recreational soccer league that centers inclusion, joy, and player development. Led by professional coaches and supported by volunteers from the Lambda Rising Adult Soccer community, the program welcomes players of all gender identities and skill levels.

The 10-week season features a consistent schedule, with alternating practice and game days held at the same time and location each week. Rec+ offers a fun, affirming space where youth can build skills, confidence, and connection—on and off the field.
