The Rec+ Soccer League is an all-gender, community-based recreational soccer league that centers inclusion, joy, and player development. Led by professional coaches and supported by volunteers from the Lambda Rising Adult Soccer community, the program welcomes players of all gender identities and skill levels.

The 10-week season features a consistent schedule, with alternating practice and game days held at the same time and location each week. Rec+ offers a fun, affirming space where youth can build skills, confidence, and connection—on and off the field.
